Chemical Agents Directive

Council Directive 98/24/EC on the protection of the health and safety of workers exposed to chemical agents at work is implemented in the UK with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)
Together with the Management of Health and Safety at Work act, implementing Council Directive 89/391/EEC a control hierarchy is required.
