CAW Changes
If you occupy a business premises,
the intended changes to the law will require you to:
- Find out if you have asbestos, it's location, amount, and condition then
- Document your findings,
- Assess the risks,
- Prepare a management plan
- Execute, review and monitor your plan
- Communicate the location and condition of the asbestos to those that may disturb it
